President and CEO

Having held leadership and executive positions at clinical research organizations, specialty providers, and healthcare entities, Colleen has more than 25 years’ experience in the areas of business development, organizational management, and executive team building. She was a key member of an executive team that built a successful early-phase research site that was later acquired by a major research corporation, and she has contributed to best practice standards for the Association of Clinical Pharmacology Units (ACPU). Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree of science from the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Executive Leadership course.

Don Lazas, MD, Chief Medical Officer

With more than 25 years’ experience in patient care, healthcare management and delivery, clinical research, and entrepreneurial innovation, Don is a leader who specializes in the care of digestive diseases. He is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine and received post-graduate and fellowship training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is currently a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association.

David Fox, Chief Operating Officer

Having spent more than 25 years in the life science and clinical research industry, David has a broad range of operational leadership experience ranging from clinical pharmacology through phase IV registration studies. He has spent time in executive positions at CROs and cofounded a leading patient recruitment company. In addition to a nursing degree from the University of Tennessee, David holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Lipscomb University.

Gerry Andrady, Chief Technology Officer

Gerry has specialized experience in both product management and technology leadership for health startups. As a technology consultant, he served in a variety of technical design, architecture, and development roles. He also acts as a startup advisor to multiple tech companies and is a board member for Medalogix. Gerry graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Stu Warren, Chief Financial Officer

Stu Warren

Chief Financial Officer

Stu has more than 33 years of finance and accounting experience, with a focus in healthcare for the last 20. During that time, he served in senior financial leadership roles responsible for corporate accounting, reporting, and forecasting at national healthcare networks. He currently serves as treasurer on the Board of Trustees at Battle Ground Academy, and in a similar role at Hope Smiles, a nonprofit dental philanthropic organization. Stu graduated from Murray State University.
